Responsibilities
Provide survey support to project teams in all Civil West offices
Assist with the planning, design, and/or construction of both public and private infrastructure
Coordinate survey scheduling, perform survey research, and work independently
Accurately gather survey data in the field and transfer and compile that data in AutoCAD format for design team use
Perform occasional out of town multi-day surveys
Qualification
Required
5+ years of surveying experience
Utilizing industry standard field surveying practices and procedures
Understanding of Professional field surveying practices and procedures
Proficient in data collection, stake out, and other equipment and file management
Proficiency in AutoCAD Software as it relates to down/up-loading survey files
The ability to calculate record boundaries from record maps in AutoCAD
Strong communication skills
Self-starter
Responsible for the use and care of survey equipment
Willingness to work in a team environment but also able to work independently
