Responsibilities
Monitor and control inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate inventory records
Manage deliveries, schedules, and ensure timely and accurate product distribution
Maintain optimal stock levels and identify inventory gaps or excesses
Install, configure, and manage inventory management solutions such as Vending, VMI (Vendor‑Managed Inventory), and crib systems
Stock delivered products, service inventory stations, and ensure all customer locations are properly maintained
Scan and download product orders to support efficient replenishment and workflow accuracy
Safely and efficiently load and unload materials
Assist customers via phone, email, or in person to resolve issues and maintain strong service relationships
Enter orders into the CSD system, expedite customer orders, manage expedites, and review demand schedules
Develop strong working relationships with customer contacts across multiple locations within the plant
Improve customer relations through proactive communication and consistent involvement in meeting their requirements
Maintain a positive attitude with customers and fellow associates
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
This is an active role suited for someone who enjoys staying on their feet and moving throughout the day
