Responsibilities

Support IT project portfolios by ensuring alignment with organizational goals, prioritizing initiatives, and driving effective delivery
Provide portfolio management services within a consistent framework to enable data-driven decisions on investments, staffing, and governance
Facilitate governance processes such as prioritization, scenario planning, and resource alignment, while preparing communication materials and reports
Lead quality assurance activities to maintain data integrity, optimize workflows, and enhance portfolio methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, business units, and vendors to achieve objectives and deliverables
Mentor team members through training, workshops, and best practice initiatives to promote best practices and continuous improvement

Required

A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in an IT analyst, IT project planning/scheduling role, or some combination of the two
{OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business or IT discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in an IT analyst, IT project planning/scheduling role, or some combination of the two

Preferred

Knowledge Management skills in designing taxonomy/metadata, managing document lifecycle, and developing centralized repositories and best-practice libraries
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Agile to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency
Strong ability to configure and maintain systems that support collaboration, reporting, and governance across projects and portfolios
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to assess and recommend solutions
Prior experience in organizational change management (OCM), Planview and SharePoint
