They are currently looking for an in-office Assistant Project Manager to support the principal and senior designer in all phases of design and manage project purchasing from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Support principal and senior designer in all phases of design
Pick up and deliver materials, samples, and drawings to clients, vendors, and job sites
Assist in the preparation of client presentations both physical and digital design boards
Assist with floor-plans, elevations and relevant drawings for furniture renderings in AutoCAD
Communicate with and manage vendors, contractors, installers, etc
Build and maintain project budget estimates, installation schedules and order status docs
Manage project purchasing from start to finish: creating specifications, client proposals and purchase orders in Design Manager
Assist with on-site installations, styling and project photoshoots
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years experience specifically at an interiors firm
Proficiency in AutoCad + Design Manager
Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a design-related field
Ability to field measure and document existing building conditions
Excellent organizational skills including multitasking, time management + project management skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical view of potential complications
Must be a US citizen / green card holder / or have work visa

Preferred
Knowledge of custom millwork and furniture details a plus
