Responsibilities
Complex System Integrations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage integrations, primarily the Ford enterprise badging system, and integrate data with business systems using various tools (Alteryx, SSIS, Kafka, Actian Dataconnect, etc.)
Specialized Technical Expertise: SME in application design and development related to security systems, ensuring seamless communication and functionality across platforms
Ongoing Management and Support: Responsible for the continuous operation, maintenance, data profiling, and troubleshooting of integrated security systems
Data Analysis: Provides analysis of data from integrated systems to optimize performance, identify trends, and enhance security posture
Data Integrity: Define and implement data quality management rules and workflows and ensure adherence to data governance and security best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in data analysis, system integration, and data quality management
Demonstrated expertise with data integration tools such as Alteryx, SSIS, Kafka, and Actian Dataconnect
Strong understanding of security systems and global access control principles
Experience in application design and development, particularly within a security technology context
Ability to troubleshoot complex integrated systems and perform data profiling
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and optimize system performance
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in commensurate work
