This role combines hands-on CAD work with project coordination responsibilities and offers growth opportunities over time.

Responsibilities
Create, update, and modify drawings using AutoCAD (Civil 3D)
Support the preparation of multi-page plan sets, including layouts, sections, details, and notes
Apply redline markups and incorporate review feedback into drawings
Maintain and organize project files, drawings, and documentation
Monitor assignments, revisions, timelines, and deadlines
Collaborate closely with engineers to align on priorities and next steps
Communicate with clients as required
Perform additional related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD
Ability to interpret and understand technical and construction drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication abilities
Willingness to work in an in-office setting
Preferred
Experience with Civil 3D
Background in drafting, engineering, or construction
Degree or coursework in a related technical or engineering field
