HubSpot Admin & Automation Manager
Bedrosians Tile and Stone is a leading distributor in the tile, stone, and flooring industry, seeking a HubSpot Admin & Automation Manager to optimize their CRM environment. This role involves configuring HubSpot, building automations, and ensuring data governance to support sales growth and operational goals.

Responsibilities
Set up, configure, and customize HubSpot pipelines, fields, workflows, permissions, and dashboards to fit our business processes
Build advanced automations for lead routing, follow-up, and reporting
Integrate HubSpot with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics for unified, real-time reporting
Maintain data cleanliness and governance, including deduplication, formatting standards, and enrichment
Create internal documentation and SOPs for HubSpot processes
Collaborate with leadership and team members to align HubSpot functionality with sales and operational goals
Provide technical support and training to end users during rollout and beyond
Qualification
Required
5+ years of HubSpot CRM administration experience (Sales Hub & Marketing Hub)
Strong skills with automation tools (HubSpot Workflows, Make.com, Zapier, n8n)
Power BI dashboard creation and data model integration experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics integrations
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
A proactive mindset - always looking for ways to make systems better
