VP, Commercial Relationship Manager
Ballston Spa National Bank is a community bank seeking an experienced VP, Commercial Relationship Manager to drive strategic growth. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, managing commercial loan portfolios, and expanding business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships
Analyze clients' financial and operating strategies
Recommend loans and banking products with a focus on Commercial & Industrial (C&I) relationships
Grow a commercial portfolio through building new customer relationships and meeting or exceeding annual sales, revenue and volume objectives
Gather financial and general business information on commercial clients and explain Bank products and services
Coordinate financial analyses in order to make credit decisions and provide input on loan decisions based on the evaluation of credit risk and other key factors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field required
A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial lending with a demonstrated ability to assess credit risk and structure and negotiate loan terms
Must have a track record of prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships
Must have strong negotiating, sales and relationship building skills coupled with strong credit and financial analysis skills
Well-developed communication skills are a must
Preferred
