They are seeking a Front Desk / Membership Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and drive membership sales in a retail environment.

Provide excellent customer service to guests
Drive membership sales and meet sales targets
Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about services
Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
Multitask and handle various duties as needed
Qualification
Required

Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask
Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
