Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage Bluetooth accessory compatibility testing schedules with external partners
Track test coverage, results, and issues across multiple concurrent testing initiatives
Monitor and analyze customer and partner feedback to identify trends and quality concerns
Maintain and update partner-facing documentation and content through Microsoft's partner systems
Facilitate regular meetings with partners to provide support and address testing-related questions
Provide status updates and reporting to engineering and product management stakeholders
Manage dependencies and timelines to ensure testing execution remains on schedule
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely follow-up on identified issues
Create and distribute content to managed partners as needed
Translate customer feedback trends into prioritization recommendations for engineering teams
Maintain organized records of testing workflows and compatibility results
Qualification
Required
3+ years of program management experience
2+ years coordinating hardware or software compatibility testing
2+ years managing content and reporting systems
Proven experience working with external partners or vendors
Background in engineering or technical environments
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
Program management and project coordination
