Auction Sales Representative
U.S. Bank is on a mission to help customers and businesses make better financial decisions. They are seeking an experienced Auction Sales Representative responsible for representing U.S. Bank's auto and specialty inventory at auctions, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring auction service levels are met.

Responsibilities
Represent U.S. Bank auto and specialty (Marine/RV) inventory at physical (or remote) auctions
Exercise sound judgment and decision-making authority that can impact the business unit
Maintain effective relationships and open communication with auction vendors
Physically inspect each unit and verify all auction service levels are being followed
Provide accurate reporting and auditing of auction expenses for each sale
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically five to seven years of relevant experience
Ability to travel
Preferred
Advanced knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations
Strong marketing and business development/sales skills
Well-developed negotiation and decision-making skills
Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Effective interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of 5 years car and auction related experience
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze and problem solve
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Working knowledge of MMR and JD Power pricing platforms
Working knowledge of Auto IMS
