Responsibilities

Take good care of members by proactively and professionally acknowledging anyone who enters the branch

Cross-sell services that would benefit members and properly track products and services referred or sold

Open new accounts and process consumer loan applications and real estate applications

Support branch operations with end-of-day balancing, scanning checks, providing dual control to balance vault cash and card supplies, and ensuring all confidential information is secure

Required

Minimum of 2 years financial institution or similar industry experience in a retail branch environment

Minimum of 12 months opening new accounts

Experience with consumer loan processing

Accurate cash handling experience

Proactive sales experience

Ability to actively cross-sell products & services

Ability to maintain the confidentiality of member's info
