Responsibilities
Lead technical support and innovation for engineering tools and database systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify needs, develop solutions, and enhance design productivity
Automate workflows and processes to streamline development and improve efficiency
Research and implement cutting-edge technologies to support scalability and future infrastructure needs
Manage and integrate engineering tools (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes, Siemens EDM, Altium Designer Library Management System) with enterprise systems like Windchill PLM and Teamcenter PLM
Architect and manage AWS infrastructure for server and workstation implementation
Ensure cybersecurity compliance for tools and infrastructure, including license servers and user authentication systems
Develop and optimize database solutions using relational and non-relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle RDS, Cassandra)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experience
Expertise in automation technologies like Ansible, Jenkins, OpenShift, JFrog Artifactory, and AWS cloud technologies
Proficiency in programming languages, including advanced Java development and Python
Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance standards, including Aerospace (DO-178), CMMC, and Export Control regulations
Leadership and collaboration skills to inspire teams and drive innovation
Problem-solving abilities to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Cloud infrastructure expertise, including architecting AWS solutions and managing server/workstation implementation
Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across all levels of the organization
Strong database skills, including design, query optimization, and integration (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle RDS, Cassandra)
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
This position requires U.S. Citizenship to comply with government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work
Preferred
Experience with ECAD tools (e.g., Siemens EDM, Altium Designer Library Management System) and integration with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is a plus
