Director/ExecutiveBe Balanced Co. is a fast-growing consumer wellness brand seeking a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Social Media & Creative Director to enhance their online presence and drive growth. The role involves owning the overall social media strategy, creating content, and developing campaigns that engage the community and convert attention into customers.

Responsibilities
Own overall social media strategy (primarily Instagram & TikTok)
Create and manage the content calendar
Develop and execute creative campaigns, launches, and brand moments
Write captions, hooks, and short-form video concepts
Direct the brand’s visual style, tone, and storytelling
Track performance and optimize based on data (saves, shares, CTR, conversions)
Collaborate with founders, marketing, and product teams
Stay ahead of trends in wellness, supplements, and creator culture
Qualification
Required
Proven experience growing or managing social accounts for a consumer brand
Strong creative instincts + strategic thinking
Comfortable being hands-on (posting, planning, ideating, editing or directing edits)
Understands short-form video and what performs on TikTok & Reels
Experience with social campaigns, launches, or influencer strategy is a plus
Organized, self-directed, and reliable
Passion for wellness, health, or consumer brands
Preferred
Experience in supplements, wellness, beauty, or CPG
Design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Influencer or UGC strategy experience
