Assisting customer service walk-ins
Partnering with Community Outreach Specialist
Coordinating, organizing, planning and implementation of outreach programs
Developing, managing, and maintaining cooperative relationships with assigned populations and their advocates
Educating, training, researching and resolving problems and providing assistance and information
Responsible for special projects and maintaining community contacts
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
2 years experience in claim administration, claims auditing, customer service or membership
1 year experience giving employee feedback and/or providing employee training
Verbal and written communication skills
Organizational, analytical and training skills
Preferred
Bilingual - Spanish
Strong communication skills
PC proficiency to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to travel statewide, and work evenings and weekends when required
