Mainstream Engineering Corporation is seeking a highly experienced and mechanically proficient operator to serve in a senior role within their rotomold machine facility. The Rotomold Operator III will act as a technical lead, overseeing complex machine operations and guiding team members to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

Diagnosing mechanical issues
Coordinating mold setups
Training junior operators
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Required

High School diploma or equivalency required
Minimum of 10 years of experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment, preferably in rotomolding or molding
Demonstrated leadership experience-lead operator, trainer, or shift lead responsibilities
US Citizenship required due to strict ITAR regulations
Exceptional mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment and tooling
Strong understanding of mold setup, processing parameters, cycle optimization, and quality control
Manual dexterity is required; must be able to stand, kneel, squat, reach, push, pull, climb, and use common hand tools without restriction
Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
Ability to interpret technical documentation, read blueprints, perform precise measurements, and log production data accurately
Proven ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and uphold production discipline and safety standards
