Responsibilities
Accurately apply lockbox deposits, live checks, credit cards, wire transfers, ACH payments and payments to all invoices listed on customers’ remittances and properly chargeback deductions in a timely manner; this includes pulling and attaching backup for deductions
Process credit memos and apply heavy cash application accurately and within established timelines
Take charge of loading deposits and manipulating data for account management
Manually post or upload payments - must possess technical skills - Intermediate to Advanced Excel
Responsible for performing all required cash reconciliations daily and at month end
Work collaboratively with other internal team members to identify, address, and resolve items from potentially disparate pieces of the company’s financial interests
Assists with special projects and compiles reports
Qualification
Required

Appropriate knowledge of Excel, MS word and Windows based products skills
Must be able to effectively organize and prioritize activities
Ability to research and make corrections as necessary
Must have excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work in a large company environment
Preferred
Experience level 1-2 years preferred
Accounting or Cash Applications 1 year (Preferred)
