Qualification
Required
1+ year(s) experience in similar roles, such as: Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Real Estate Transaction Coordinator and/or Client Care Coordinator
A positive attitude - with a strong work ethic and a sense of humor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to privacy and confidentiality of clients' personal and financial data
Marketing and Communications delivery- including the design and distribution of digital and/or print materials
Advanced computer skills - including proficiency in: Google Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and MS365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience with CRMs, CMSs and/or other database management tools (Customer Relationship Management or Content Management Systems)
Ability to learn and comply with Northstar MLS, MN and WI state standards for all real-estate transactions
Ability to learn and leverage multiple web-based systems - as necessary for Real Estate Contracts, Listings, Transactions, and Audits as in compliance with all RE/MAX Brokerage and Department of Commerce policies
