Mid LevelJPS Tech Solutions is seeking a Workday Finance Manager to cover a temporary need during a paternity leave. The role involves primary coverage of Workday Finance modules and supporting multiple systems while providing continuity during staggered leave coverage.

Responsibilities
Primary coverage of Workday Finance (FINS) modules (not HCM)
Supporting multiple systems alongside existing client team
Providing continuity during staggered leave coverage
Knowledge transfer (KT) sessions before resource leaves
Qualification
Required
Strong Workday Finance expertise with the ability to adapt quickly
Experience across Workday Financial Management, including core functionalities like Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Procurement, Spend Management, Asset Management, Expenses, Revenue Management, and Analytics & Reporting
Someone who can manage both strategic support and operational execution
Excellent communication and client-facing skills to represent Grant Thornton while working directly with their end client
A “STAR” performer and team player able to step into a high-visibility role
Preferred
Preferably New York–based resource who can work a hybrid-onsite schedule, remote with on-site travel also acceptable
