Marketing Manager (contract)

Responsibilities
Design and execute multi-channel marketing programs targeting priority accounts through personalized campaigns across events, content, digital channels, and ecosystem partnerships
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Events, Partner Marketing, and Operations to prioritize target accounts and activate integrated marketing experiences
Analyze performance data and account signals to optimize campaigns, refine targeting strategies, and inform next-step actions
Develop and implement procedures for identifying marketing needs and opportunities within the startup ecosystem
Translate insights and results into clear updates for stakeholders and leadership, providing actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization
Test and codify new marketing approaches into repeatable, data-driven programs aligned to business priorities
Measure effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies, tracking engagement, qualified leads, recruitment metrics, and activation progression
Orchestrate ecosystem-led campaigns that connect founders to platform resources, infrastructure, and partner networks
Maintain strong operational rhythm including reporting, insights generation, and stakeholder communication
Conduct research on target account behaviors, competitive landscape, and marketing distribution methods
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of experience designing and executing Account-Based Marketing programs in tech or SaaS environments
Minimum 8 years of experience with marketing data analysis, tooling, and performance measurement systems
Minimum 8 years of experience orchestrating ecosystem-led and event-based marketing campaigns
Proven track record working with venture-backed startups, founders, or investors
Demonstrated success operating in complex, matrixed organizations
Experience translating data and account signals into actionable marketing strategies
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required
Account-Based Marketing strategy development and execution
Multi-channel campaign orchestration and management
Data analysis and performance analytics
Marketing automation and CRM systems proficiency
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities
Customer service and interpersonal effectiveness
Time management and ability to work independently
Knowledge of startup and venture capital ecosystems
Event-led marketing and partner engagement
Attribution modeling and dashboard development
Strategic planning balanced with hands-on execution
