Demonstrated ability to source high-quality products and manage vendor relationships effectively
Proficiency in analyzing industry trends, competitive pricing, and consumer behavior to drive category strategies
Experience in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring product quality standards are met
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with teams and lead initiatives that align with business goals
Proven ability to develop category plans, address challenges, and implement innovative solutions to drive revenue
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
Experience in retail, grocery industry, or category management is a plus
