Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
Strong understanding of core business topics (management, strategy, operations, finance basics)
Able to clearly explain and evaluate business reasoning in written form
Comfortable reviewing structured content and providing detailed feedback
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field
Industry or applied business experience
Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows
