Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality, predictable outcomes by enforcing Agile practices, managing risks and dependencies, facilitating all ceremonies, and coaching teams toward higher performance
Ensure backlog readiness, improve delivery flow, enhance transparency through metrics, and partner with product and engineering leaders to drive continuous improvement and value realization
Guide 2-3 team(s) through the use of Agile / Scrum practices and values for the purpose of delivering quality products and solutions to the organization
Build trusted relationships with the team and with their stakeholders (Product Managers, Solutions Managers, etc.) to ensure that the needs of all team members are being met
Coach teams away from waterfall toward iterative delivery
Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Skilled in conflict resolution, facilitation, and influencing without authority
Interpret delivery metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
Familiarity with PI Planning, release planning, and scaled Agile environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
Qualification
Required
MUST BE LOCAL TO the CHARLOTTE METRO AREA
Proven ability to coach teams away from waterfall toward iterative delivery
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
