Responsibilities

Ensuring adherence to production schedules while maintaining our quality standards
Enforcing compliance with our Quality System and implementing defined processes to achieve the required quality levels
Organizing training programs to address the needs of your team
Contributing to the improvement of industrial processes with support from various functions
Managing your team effectively, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and promoting well-being

Qualification

Digital quality toolsLean manufacturing principlesISO9000 standardsManufacturing processes knowledgeSupervisory experienceBachelor’s Degree

Required

Experience in leading the implementation of new digital quality tools
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
Familiarity with ISO9000 standards
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience and skills will be considered in lieu of formal education
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
