Responsibilities

Own and lead the design and development of the risk engine and related systems, continuously improving performance, reliability, and scalability

Drive day-to-day development, operations, and technical excellence of the platform

Work closely with cross-functional partners to understand business needs and design effective decision platform solutions

Partner with product and engineering leads to define technical roadmap and milestones, and lead the team to deliver them

Required

BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields

Solid coding skills and experience building distributed backend systems. Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Go, C/C++, Java or Python

Strong industry experience in large-scale backend or infrastructure systems, with proven success in solving complex system. Strong skills in backend development and system design

Strong sense of ownership, proactive, and effective in communication

Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to propose clear, practical solutions

Preferred

Experience building large-scale risk systems in domains such as bot detection or abuse/fraud defense, handling high traffic and strict latency requirements
