Program Manager (contract)
Microsoft is seeking a Program Manager on a contract basis to support a dynamic team focused on enterprise digital-native customers. This role involves managing complex programs, delivering high-quality communications, and ensuring operational excellence across various initiatives.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end development and delivery of quarterly team newsletters, including content gathering, drafting, editing, formatting, and stakeholder approval management
Orchestrate monthly All Hands meetings from agenda development through post-event follow-up, including content consolidation, deck creation, rehearsal coordination, and day-of production support
Manage the Win Wire pipeline by identifying deal wins, drafting and refining submissions, coordinating approvals, and managing publication across internal channels
Support planning and execution of executive engagements, briefings, and leadership roundtables, including preparation of event materials, briefing documents, and talking points
Drive visibility and integration within major tentpole events by leading project management for activations, customer showcasing, and booth presence
Manage physical and digital installations at campus locations, partnering with operations teams to execute project plans and maintain deployment blueprints
Draft executive talking points, meeting narratives, and communications materials with consistent tone and executive-ready quality
Coordinate logistics for events and engagements, including agenda setting, invitations, run-of-show management, and follow-up communications
Capture insights, action items, and strategic themes from sessions and publish meeting recaps and resources
Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to identify high-impact customer stories for keynotes and breakout sessions
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in communications, program coordination, or marketing within fast-paced, matrixed environments
Demonstrated success supporting field-facing teams and managing cross-functional communications
Proven track record producing executive-level content and managing recurring programs
Experience with customer storytelling and internal communications in enterprise or technology environments
Executive-level communications and writing with ability to craft narratives, talking points, and internal communications for senior leaders
Project and program management with proven ability to orchestrate multi-step, cross-functional initiatives
Content development and presentation design with proficiency in building and polishing materials with consistent visual standards
Stakeholder management across matrixed organizations with ability to work independently with multiple partners
Content organization and workflow management to maintain pipelines and ensure timely delivery
Strategic storytelling with focus on accuracy, clarity, and business impact
Event planning and logistics coordination for executive briefings and large-scale programs
Proficiency with presentation software and internal communication platforms
Ability to manage reviews, approvals, and compliance requirements across multiple stakeholders
Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and consistency
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
