Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and queries about the local area

Answer phones, manage reservations, and assist with special requests
Engage with guests and team members with an energetic attitude
Maintain the physical aspects of the position, such as standing for long periods, lifting luggage, and moving around the front desk area
Multitask, prioritize guest needs, and adapt to various situations with a positive mindset
