Responsibilities
Assist with data entry, organization, and validation of financial and tax documentation
Support the collection, review, and verification of client records for tax preparation
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and account reconciliations under supervision
Help prepare workpapers for individual and small business tax returns
Assist with client outreach, including follow-ups for missing documentation and scheduling coordination
Maintain accurate electronic filing systems in accordance with firm and regulatory standards
Adhere strictly to confidentiality, compliance, and data security protocols
Provide general administrative and operational support to the accounting and advisory teams
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled undergraduate student (Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment
Preferred
Prior experience in accounting, tax, or office administration
