Recruiting HR Partner

The University of South Florida Libraries is seeking a Recruiting HR Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role involves full-cycle recruitment services for the Tampa campus, focusing on developing diverse talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities

Perform full-cycle recruitment for the Tampa campus through the creative and cost-effective sourcing methods to fill exempt and non-exempt positions
Proactively partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs
Assess position requirements and candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with requirements and provide insightful candidate assessments
Interview applicants to evaluate work history, education, training, and job skills
Develop and maintain internal and external networks to ensure a strong pipeline of diverse candidates
Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates using sourcing tools include but not limited to: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Glassdoor
Attend local job fairs
Track, monitor, and report ongoing recruiting activities through the disciplined use of the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data integrity for metrics/reporting
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree and two years of HR related experience; or Master's degree in an area of specialization appropriate for the program
Six years of HR-related experience or a combination of education and experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Bachelor's degree with at least five years of high-volume recruitment/talent acquisition experience
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Oracle and People Soft
Significant experience using the full recruiting capabilities of LinkedIn and other recruiting tools
Strong ability with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
