Required

Effective communication and client interaction skills to support attorneys and maintain client relationships
Adept in legal software and tools, with strong technology and database management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment with attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Paralegal certificate or degree in legal studies preferred
Prior experience in employment law or litigation highly desirable
