Responsibilities
Own the live service product strategy for monetization and engagement initiatives
Define and maintain roadmaps for events, cosmetic content, and progression systems
Partner with design, production, analytics, and art to deliver cohesive player experiences
Guide monetization systems that respect fairness, transparency, and accessibility
Use player insights and performance data to refine features and priorities
Collaborate with publishing and franchise partners to align on goals and execution
Identify opportunities for IP integrations and live service innovation
Lead and develop product managers, setting clear goals and success metrics
Qualification
Required
8+ years of product management experience, including leadership on live service products
Experience working on F2P or live service games with monetization systems
Background supporting PC or console titles; mobile experience welcomed
Experience partnering across creative, technical, and publishing teams
Experience guiding teams through roadmap planning and live operations
Live service product strategy and roadmap ownership
Player-first monetization and game economy understanding
Data-informed decision making and KPI definition
People leadership and product craft mentorship
Clear communication and stakeholder alignment
