Generate leads by scheduling in-home consultations for our design and installation experts
Participate in training sessions to continually develop your product knowledge and communication skills
Help homeowners start their journey toward beautiful, hassle-free home upgrades

Qualification

Required

1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is a plus—but not required
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people

Availability on weekends (Saturday/Sunday), with weekday flexibility
Ability to travel locally to assigned stores and events
