Responsibilities

Handle cases through filing and resolution, including appeals, submission briefs, and supporting documentation for arbitration and reimbursement matters

Review and verify case information, perform eligibility checks, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate before filing

Prepare legal documents such as motions, discovery responses, briefs, demand attachments, proof packets, and other supporting materials

Assemble and organize evidence, charts, calculations, and summaries to support arbitration positions and settlement discussions

File submissions through the appropriate portals or court systems and manage all related correspondence and mailing requirements

Track case status, deadlines, decisions, and requests for additional information, communicating with clients to obtain necessary documents or clarify details as needed

Maintain organized electronic and physical case files, update calendars, and track ongoing matters to ensure timely resolution

Provide administrative and case support as needed, including scanning and organizing correspondence, following up on unanswered communications, requesting missing information, and assisting with additional projects

Required

Bachelor's Degree

1 - 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal environment preferred; familiarity with legal procedures, filings, and case management systems is a plus
