Experience working on a team supporting several customers

Heart of a servant
Broad set of technical skills with several years of experience directly supporting small to mid-sized businesses
Experience with MS Active Directory
Experience with M365 Suite (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Experience with Networking
Experience with Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi, VLAN administration and routing
Experience with Windows Server and Windows 10 administration
Experience with VMware ESXi and MS Hyper-V
Preferred
Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider or in a multi-location distributed environment
Familiarity with hosted phone systems
