The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans in collaboration with architects and project managers to meet project specifications and client requirements.

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD software
Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications
Ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations in all drawings
Create presentation drawings for client meetings and project proposals
Revise and update plans based on feedback from architects and clients
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications
Participate in on-site visits to gather information and verify project progress
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman or similar role
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles
Knowledge of construction methods and building codes
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
