Required

On-Call/Variable Shift - Covering Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends and Holidays
Responsible for securing appropriate patient account reimbursement by obtaining complex demographic, insurance and medical information and ensuring this is documented timely and accurately

Preferred

Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
National Certification of CHAA upon hire
3 years experience in Patient Access of Business office setting
Experience with insurance eligibility systems
3 years Utilization of medical terminology in job setting
Knowledge in medical billing codes
1 year knowledge of Epic applications
