Jr. Sales Operations Analyst
Ambu A/S is seeking a talented individual to join their Sales Operations team as a Jr. Sales Operations Analyst. This role will evaluate, improve, and report on customer relationship management processes and data while managing sales mileage reimbursement processes and supporting overall sales strategies.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales leadership teams to plan, track, and report on sales data
Develop / maintain reports and dashboards to support sales, financial, and operational KPI reporting
Define, track and report on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness
Drive Salesforce (SF) and other Sales Tools compliance and data quality, ensuring data accuracy and integrity; support SF user requests
Support information gathering for QBRs and other executive meetings / presentations
Administer our Sales Enablement platform, supporting the Sales Enablement team as they deliver best-in-class sales training
Manage our sales mileage reimbursement programs / systems
Help implement projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes impacting Sales & Sales Operations
Support project rollouts for new tools and process changes to increase the efficiency of our Sales organization
Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions while applying appropriate methodology, measurements, tools, and quantitative techniques in projects
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in an analytics-heavy field such as Business Analytics, Actuarial or Data Sciences, Economics, or any other business major
1-3 years of experience working in a corporate setting
Experience with Office 365, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookup, and formulas)
Must be able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to generate reports and dashboards, transforming data into visualizations, tables, and charts
Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate and interact effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in an analytics-heavy field such as Business Analytics, Actuarial or Data Sciences, Economics, or any other business major
Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and/or database systems
Experience supporting sales tools/platforms a plus
