Maintain accurate buyoffs of completed work, inspections, and non-conformances

Collaborate with engineers to suggest design changes and process improvements

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and configuration control

Required

Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience in aircraft maintenance, machine trades, or manufacturing technologies

Experience with composites, titanium, sheet metal, riveting, fastening, wiring, tubing, and basic machining. Familiarity with drawings, blueprints, and technical data

Proficiency in using tooling such as torque wrenches, countersinks, drills, deburring tools, and calibrated equipment

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with engineers and teammates

Certifications (A&P), specialty training, or equivalent experience
