Responsibilities
Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, ensuring they adhere to relevant tax laws
Review and approve tax returns and related documents before submission
Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing training and guidance as needed
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Active CPA license
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or a similar role
Proficiency in tax software, preferably CCH
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
