ServiceNow Administrator
Convene, Inc. is a Tampa based, award-winning technology services organization with offices and resources throughout the US, Mexico, and India. They are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Administrator to manage day-to-day platform operations, balance stability and usability, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders. The role involves administering the ServiceNow platform, supporting client-facing engagements, and ensuring operational standards are maintained.

Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including:
User, role, and group management
Access controls and security settings
Configure (not custom-code-heavy):
Forms, fields, views, and lists
UI Policies and basic Business Rules
Monitor platform health, performance, and system logs
Manage update sets, releases, and platform upgrades
Serve as a point of contact for platform questions and troubleshooting
Maintain platform documentation and operational standards
Support and administer Service Bridge functionality within ServiceNow
Participate in client-facing engagements, supporting client - backed customer implementations of Service Bridge
Assist with configuration, user access, testing, and operational readiness for customer-facing workflows
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in a production environment
Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes
CMDB structure, relationships, and data governance
Experience configuring UI Policies
Experience configuring Client Scripts (basic)
Experience configuring Catalog Items and workflows (admin-level)
Comfortable working alongside developers without performing heavy custom development
Detail-oriented with a strong operational mindset
Comfortable supporting both internal teams and customer-facing use cases
Able to enforce platform standards and governance
Strong communication skills and ability to explain platform behavior to non-technical users
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) strongly preferred
Typically, 3–5 years of ServiceNow administration experience
Experience supporting enterprise or multi-tenant environments is a plus
