They are seeking Daily Substitute Teachers to support Barber Preparatory Academy and Inkster Preparatory Academy in Michigan, responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment and supporting classroom instruction.

Responsibilities
Support classroom instruction and help maintain a safe, welcoming learning environment
Supervise students throughout the school day (classroom, hallways, playground, cafeteria)
Follow provided lesson plans and school procedures
Utilize school-approved curricula that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students
Build positive relationships with students and school staff
Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Eligible for or currently hold a State of Michigan Substitute Teaching License
Minimum of 60 completed college credit hours (education or related field preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
Preferred
Experience working with students or in an urban environment is a plus—but not required
