Responsibilities
Assist with the development and maintenance of project and portfolio plans regarding technical projects supporting PHI and related healthcare operations systems
Assist with the development and review of junior staff performance and development plans
Review project execution and identify inefficiencies using LEAN principles
Assist in facilitating the development of effective high-functioning Technical Services Staff
Assist junior staff troubleshoot Python and Power Shell
Will assist Business Analysts gather requirements and analyze business processes
Qualification
Required
Experience in information technology, data management, and reporting
Ability to assist with the development and maintenance of project and portfolio plans
Experience supporting PHI and related healthcare operations systems
Ability to assist with the development and review of junior staff performance and development plans
Experience in reviewing project execution and identifying inefficiencies using LEAN principles
Ability to assist in facilitating the development of effective high-functioning Technical Services Staff
Experience in troubleshooting Python and Power Shell
Ability to assist Business Analysts in gathering requirements and analyzing business processes
