Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to work in the Columbus, Ohio area. This role serves as the primary point of contact between Accounts Payable, Business Unit Partners, Suppliers, and Procurement, supporting day-to-day procurement and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

Execute operational procurement and supply chain transactions to support business needs, including sourcing purchase requisitions and issuing purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures

Process purchase order change requests and updates

Review and process supplier acknowledgements and estimated delivery dates

Provide a high level of customer service to business unit partners and suppliers

Support category strategies developed by Strategic Procurement

Collaborate with the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, procurement peers, and business partners to resolve issues and improve processes

Identify root causes and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers, procurement teams, and storerooms

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to address purchase order, delivery, and invoice issues

Perform complex invoice resolution, escalating issues as needed

Provide phone support through the Genesys system to assist with purchasing and issue related inquiries

Contribute positively as a team member to support overall supply chain operations
