$21/hr - $21/hrA-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Maintenance Technician. This role will support production equipment in a manufacturing environment, focusing on troubleshooting and maintaining equipment to prevent downtime.

Responsibilities
Set up, operate, optimize, change over, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment
Perform routine, corrective, and preventative maintenance (PM)
Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs within capability; escalate major issues as needed
Maintain detailed equipment logs tracking downtime and maintenance activities
Monitor machine performance, control panels, and safety guards
Start up and shut down equipment safely, including clearing jams
Perform quality checks, process challenges, and document results
Monitor in-process quality and address issues to prevent product holds
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support upstream and downstream production operations
Perform rework as required
Follow all safety, environmental, and Quality System Requirements (QSR)
Work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Qualification
Required
Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) required
Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Prior industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Ability to use hand tools and perform basic mechanical repairs
Ability to read machine blueprints and follow technical procedures
Steel-toe shoes required
