Expeditor/Mechanic (Seasonal) – Kuparuk & WNS – Fleet Shop

Responsibilities

Deliver and setup non mobile equipment to jobsite, perform minor diagnostics and repairs on non-mobile equipment and /or deliver equipment needing repairs to the equipment shop
Serve as a point of contact for the non-mobile fleet, maintain a logbook of where the equipment is located as well as which group is using it on a daily basis
Assist mechanics on repairing light construction vehicles and equipment such as Tioga and other direct fired heaters, air compressors, light towers, tri plex pumps and generators in shop and field
Operate vehicles and equipment to diagnose and ensure operating efficiency
Prepare and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Maintain vehicle maintenance records
Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and the general work area
Work involves exposure to extreme cold temperatures and otherwise hazardous conditions at various locations
Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures
Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations
Other duties will be assigned to this position as needed

Required

Must be authorized to work in the U.S
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
A valid (U.S issued) Driver's License is required
A North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) safety training certification is required
The ability to work 84 hours a week on a 2x2 or 3x3 rotation between January 2026 until May 2026 is required
At least one (1) year of experience working in the equipment maintenance field and or equivalent training in support equipment repair is required
At least two (2) years of winter driving experience and be able to tow, back-up, and stage trailer mounted equipment safely and proficiently is required

Preferred

Three (3) or more years of experience working as an Expeditor or Mechanic specifically in the Petrochemical or Oil and Gas industry, on the North Slope, and/or in other Arctic environment is preferred
