Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on Avaya experience
Advanced knowledge of Avaya PBX, VoIP, and enterprise telephony systems
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities
Experience supporting onsite telecom deployments
Ability to work independently and serve as an escalation point
Excellent communication and documentation skills
