Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for heavy industrial construction projects
Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with ASME, NBIC, AISC, and other relevant standards
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions when necessary
Train and mentor quality control staff on best practices and regulatory requirements
Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance activities and present findings to management and stakeholders
Identify areas for improvement in quality management processes and recommend solutions
Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations within quality control processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management within heavy industrial construction
Strong knowledge of ASME, NBIC, AISC standards and regulations
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Experience in renewable fuels and agricultural processing industries is preferred
Certified Quality Manager (QCM) or equivalent certification is a plus
