Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive Reddit marketing strategies aligned with overall digital marketing goals
Conduct deep-dive research on trending topics, community interests, and the competitive landscape to identify high-potential Subreddits for entry
Navigate 'Reddiquette' and community rules to ensure brand safety and prevent backlash
Create engaging, authentic content tailored to specific subreddits (e.g., AMAs, storytelling posts, meme marketing) to foster genuine engagement
Distinctively write in a 'human-first' tone that resonates with Redditors, avoiding corporate jargon
Collaborate with Content Creators to produce visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite when necessary
Manage and grow brand presence through regular posting, commenting, and active community interaction
Monitor brand sentiment and handle crisis management (downvotes/trolls) with wit and professionalism
Manage advertising initiatives on Reddit by creating targeted ad campaigns using the Reddit Ads platform
Collaborate with the Ads Data Manager to optimize budgets and analyze performance marketing goals
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Reddit’s native insights; adjust tactics accordingly for maximum impact
Qualification
Required
Must be an active Reddit user. (We value your Karma score and community history)
Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on Community Management or Forum Marketing
Experience in B2B marketing or e-commerce promotion is a plus
Strong understanding of SEO principles (how Reddit threads rank in Google) and performance marketing strategies
Expertise in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics
Excellent Copywriting Skills: The ability to craft engaging, witty, and 'anti-marketing' style posts
Ability to conduct thorough research to identify trending topics relevant to target audiences
Ability to handle the unique, sometimes critical culture of Reddit communities
