Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality actionable advice through a variety of media
Write provocative and pragmatic research that is clear and actionable
Provide high quality and timely research content peer review
Create and deliver presentations for webinars, onsite engagements, and Gartner conferences
Track vendors, market trends and emerging practices to remain ahead of the curve within these areas, and adjacent spaces (e.g., digital transformation, culture change, and quality practices)
Deliver outstanding sales support to retain and grow the Gartner business
Build credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner research, methodology and strategy
Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the research community
Identify research process improvements or develop new processes that help the team and Research & Advisory provide excellent service delivery
Be a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members
Qualification
Required
Experience working on Data Quality initiatives; supporting business intelligence, analytics and with data scientists is a plus
Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Professional Qualification, or 10+ years direct experience in a field related to Data and Analytics
Subject matter expertise, with demonstrated knowledge of how to improve and sustain Data Quality
Knowledge or hands on experience with Data Quality products or a deep understanding of the Data Quality Vendors and Market is a plus
Knowledge/Experience of how Data Quality has evolved in the age of AI
Familiarity with Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) initiatives, goals, objectives, and business value ROI
Ability to confidently speak to C-Level Executives and provide actionable insights or explain concepts targeted and relatable to their role
Strong organizational skills: ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables
Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability
Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions
Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable)
