Responsibilities
Design and implement best-in-class testing frameworks focused on functional and performance testing for critical enterprise applications
Utilize Karate, Selenium, and API testing expertise to build scalable, maintainable automation frameworks
Act as a quality advocate across engineering teams, aligning strategies and priorities with stakeholders
Support the transformation of legacy systems into modern, customer-centric applications
Implement robust performance testing and production quality assurance practices
Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality excellence
Qualification
Required
6+ years of progressive experience in Quality Engineering
Demonstrated leadership in test strategy across multiple teams or organizations
Proficiency with modern QA tools and frameworks (Karate, Selenium, REST APIs, JMeter, etc.)
Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with integrated test automation in CI/CD pipelines
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
